Action Policy

MDV strives to maintain fair, impartial, and transparent relations with all stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, and business partners. The total headcount represents the number of full-time employees. In addition, the figure omits temporary workers as they account for less than 10% of the total.

  • Support for obtaining professional qualifications (in order to improve full-time employees’ operational capabilities and operational efficiency, we support the total cost of acquiring professional qualifications)
  • Parental leave (for parents with children up to the age of one)
  • Parental shorter working hours (for parents with children in the third grade of elementary school and below)
  • Parental overtime restrictions (for parents with children yet to enter elementary school)
  • Parental childcare leave (possible to take time off in hourly units successively from starting time or successively to finishing time on up to 5 or 10 days a year depending on the number of eligible individuals)
  • Care leave (possible to take up to a total of 93 days leave in three blocks for each family member requiring care)
  • Carer shorter working hours (possible to work shorter hours for more than a month and less than a year on up to two occasions within a three-year period)
  • Carer overtime restrictions (restriction on overtime for more than a month and less than a year on each occasion during the permitted restriction period)
  • Carer leave (possible to take time off in hourly units successively from starting time or successively to finishing time on up to 5 or 10 days a year depending on the number of eligible individuals)
  • Retiree rehiring (in six-month employment blocks from the month following the reaching of retirement age to the final day of the month in which the individual reaches 68 years of age)
