(Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter \u201cMDV\u201d), which aims to promote the centralized use of medical data, hereby announces that, as of May 21, it has begun a new chapter under a newly appointed management team as a member of the Nippon Life Insurance Company Group. Nippon Life Insurance Company is headquartered in Chuo-ku, Osaka, with its Tokyo Head Office located in Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MDV\u2019s shares were delisted from the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on April 24, and Nippon Life had already acquired all shares of MDV. He contributed to the planning of management support systems for medical institutions and to the expansion of MDV\u2019s data utilization services business. Through proprietary know-how in data cleansing, MDV has developed one of Japan\u2019s largest medical big data platforms.
