What is the MDV community site ‘Chokotsuna’?
The MDV Community site ‘Chokotsuna’ is a platform designed for hospital professionals to address questions and challenges encountered in their daily tasks. Through member-to-member discussions and exchanges of opinions, the site facilitates the development of solutions. Covering themes such as hospital management, facility standards, and the calculation of various additional fees, members share their perspectives to guide towards optimal solutions that contribute to the improvement of healthcare quality.
What also differentiates ‘Chokotsuna’ from the many community sites out there is that it involves analyses utilizing MDV’s DPC data, which is the largest in Japan, as well as national open data.
When discussions on a particular topic gain attention and interest among the members, the site management will present the results of analyses using actual data, which will then be used as a basis for further discussion.
‘Chokotsuna’ will also provide information on topics and news related to the revision of medical fees and other topics of interest to hospital staff as needed.
