Launch of RWD Consulting Services to Address Challenges Faced by Pharmaceutical Companies and Medical Device Manufacturers

Medical Data Vision Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Hiroyuki Iwasaki), which promotes the networking of medical information, is pleased to announce the launch of a consulting service to support companies in utilizing Real-World Data (RWD).
The use of RWD is advancing in various fields among pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. However, challenges such as a shortage of data analysis personnel and underutilization of the data have been increasing, leading to numerous consultations directed toward our company. In response, we aim to leverage our strengths in oncology and rare disease data to help businesses unlock greater value from their RWD utilization.
Our company started providing data utilization services in April 2008 to support evidence-based medicine (EBM). The number of real patients in the clinical database exceeded 30 million in 2020 and 40 million in 2022, and finally reached 50.29 million by the end of December 2024.
